This series contains documents regarding various civil and criminal suits filed by or against the Ala. Power Company. Information included in the series is reasons for the cases, dates of the case, public utility assessments, tax assessments on lands and materials concerning the Tallassee Dam. In 1939 the State Tax Commission was renamed the Dept. of Revenue.
